Refund Policy

We want every subscriber to be genuinely happy with Dhanvarsha. If it isn’t a fit, here is how refunds work.
1. Eligibility
A full refund is available on your first subscription purchase within 7 days provided no premium call has been consumed (opened / viewed) during that window.
2. Renewals
Auto-renewals are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal, cancel from Profile → Subscription at least 24 hours before the billing date.
3. Prorated refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months / years used.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are credited via Paytm to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
5. How to request
Raise a ticket via Profile → Support Tickets or email support@dhanvarsha.app with your order ID. We reply within one business day.
